Of all the liver cleansing teas I have tried, this is by far the best taste. I was drinking a glass in the morning and another at night. Then I had the great idea of letting steep all day long and drink it on the way home from work; that was a bad idea as it gave me diarrhea ... so don't steep it all day. I will follow up later with the results of next blood work to see if liver enzyme levels are decreasing.
I don't own a scale for my own mental safety but I can see that my stomach is flatter after 2 weeks if drinking this tea. I had already reduced drinking my calories and increased my water intake before starting this tea and didn't make any dietary changes. The taste is good but I did add honey cuz I like sweet tea. Same experience with Skinny Bunny Tea customer service. I paid for my order on Feb.17 and finally it is being shipped.
